Why the East Valley
Chandler has been my home base since relocating to Arizona, and I love helping families put down roots in this part of the Valley. From Downtown Chandler's breweries, restaurants, and the Chandler Center for the Arts, to Gilbert's walkable Heritage District with its weekly Farmers Market and Art Walk, there's a real sense of community here. Nearby Tempe and Mesa add even more with Arizona State University, Mill Avenue, and a growing downtown restaurant scene, while a Salt River tubing trip is always close by on a hot day. Why the West Valley
The West Valley has its own personality, anchored by Historic Downtown Glendale, where the tree lined streets of Catlin Court and Old Towne are filled with boutiques, antique shops, and locally loved restaurants. Sports and entertainment fans flock to Westgate Entertainment District near State Farm Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals, with nearly 20 restaurants, a movie theater, and free live music throughout the year. Surprise draws families every spring for Cactus League baseball at Surprise Stadium, plus tennis courts, aquatic facilities, and community parks nearby. If you love a strong sense of community with room to grow, the West Valley has plenty to offer.
